ESP – A social network tool

without comments

About two-three years ago when XML was beginning to be all the rage, I read Tim Berners-Lee’s original envisioning of the World Wide Web, and began to concieve of what would now be called a peer-2-peer social network.

I dismissed the idea as too complex for a lone programmer (and not a great one at that) to work on by himself, so left it alone.

Recently, I found out a bunch of people are working on what is essentially the same idea.

I was invited to a meeting where one of the collective’s members, David Pinto proposed his idea of a collaboration network. My contributions can be found on the same page. Take a look.
